Welcome to Hampton Green LLC

The goal of Hampton Green is to serve the community through attentive, professional and
effective legal service. Dwayne Green has over 18 years of legal experience, and has tried
over 75 trials to verdict before juries in Charleston, Dorchester, Beaufort, Berkeley and
Colleton Counties. Green is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of South
Carolina, and he focuses on helping individuals with personal injuries, business disputes, and
real estate issues.

Green has completed advanced litigation training from the International Association of
Defense Counsel and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the
Charleston Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a selective nationwide
organization.

Green’s past community involvements include serving on the Board of Trustees of the Historic Charleston Foundation and Porter-Gaud School, and as Chairman of the YMCA of Greater Charleston and the State Board of Probation, Pardons and Parole.  He also served as Assistant Corporate Council for the City of Charleston, and was a member of the City of Charleston Board of Architectural Review .
