Commercial Disputes

Commercial disputes are disagreements between companies during the course of business which may or may not result in a lawsuit. They often involve disputes over the meaning of contracts, or disagreements over what is expected of a business entity under a contractual provision. Commerce generally refers to the exchange of goods, productions or property of any kind; or the buying, selling and exchanging of articles.
