Dwayne Green is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on business disputes and serious personal injury. Mr. Green has tried over 75 cases to verdict, and in 2005 was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He also has received advanced training in litigation skills from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and the International Association of Defense Counsel. This training was instrumental in his winning a $3 million verdict on behalf of his client in a 2002 bad faith case in federal court.

In addition to maintaining an active trial practice, Mr. Green served as Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of Charleston from 2003 - 2006 and currently serves as the Chief Counsel for the Town of Awendaw. He also was elected in 2006 as Chairman ofthe South Carolina Board of Probation, Pardon and Parole, and also serves as Chairman of the Cannon Street YMCA Board of Directors. He is a former Chairman of the Charleston Board of Architectural Review and the 100 Black Men of Charleston.

Mr. Green is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Charleston Class of 2000, and currently serves on the Porter-Gaud School Board of Trustees. He is a former member of the Charleston County Bar Executive Committee and is a former president of the Charleston Lawyers Club, serving from 1999-2000. He also served on the Board of Directors for Tidelands Community Bank from 2003-2005, which he co-founded with twelve other business leaders from the Charleston community.
